About: Vicka specialises in consulting for medium-sized businesses from a human-centred perspective. Whether building a software product or implementing a new internal system, her focus is on solving for human needs - whether customer, employee, or user.
She is the founder of Leanseed (Pty) Ltd, bringing over 25 years of experience across industries, helping companies and individuals uncover the real challenges behind business processes and align strategic goals with solutions that work for people.
Vicka holds an Advanced Diploma in General Management (Gibs, 2023) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Innovation & Design Thinking (Emeritus, 2018).

He and his team have assisted companies ranging from startups to telcos develop innovative solutions to deep technical challenges.
