The Travel Whisperer is a fully licensed IATAN boutique luxury travel agency specialising in ski, safari and beach experiences. Their personal travel designers craft tailored itineraries with trusted resorts and property managers, ensuring competitive rates and seamless journeys. Our role included:

• Built a Salesforce-based back-office and CRM that centralised customer data and streamlined operations
• Developed a booking engine with custom integrations to sync live rates and availability across multiple suppliers, ensuring accurate pricing and inventory
• Launched a guest portal for self-service management of trips, lift tickets, ski passes and activities, improving convenience and reducing admin load
• Designed an internal contact centre with tools for pre-trip communications, bulk quoting and inventory management, live chat support, and advanced sales funnel reporting

Xplocharge is BME’s (Bulk Mining Explosives) smart mobile manufacturing unit (MMU) system, combining software, hardware, automation and IoT with BME’s blast design and data capturing tools.

Leanseed supported the project by designing the interface for a digital control panel aimed at improving usability and increasing efficiency in the field. Leanseed’s work included:

• Industry research and blast process mapping
• Technical requirements documentation
• Stakeholder and user interviews; usability testing
• Interface design with accessibility and physical considerations
• Designed integrations to align with BME’s digital ecosystem

The resulting control panel is now in use internationally, contributing to safer, more efficient and data-driven blasting operations.
